We spent the next five days at Tyndall AB Family Camp at a beautiful site under the trees. Very secluded. Walked around the bayou there. We were warned about two bears that have been wandering around the camp the last few days. One is about 650lbs! The camp host had pictures of the big one wandering past her office a couple of days before. We have to be very careful about not leaving any food out anywhere and even lock our grill up in the car at night.

We spent a whole afternoon on a private dolphin tour. Besides us, there was another couple with two very sweet and polite teenage boys. The captain took us out to different spots in the area that were known for several pods of dolphins. We also saw two sea urchins on the beach and a couple of starfish. After a couple of hours watching dolphins, the Captain dropped us off on Shell Island. This is a small area that has no amenities or trashcans anywhere. As soon as we jumped off the boat and into the water so did the dogs. We waded into land and Annie immediately found a football which kept her busy for an hour at least.

Arlo was more interested in running up and down the beach had the softest and whitest sand. There aren't as many shells in Shell Island because of all of the beachcombers that go there. The Captain came and picked us up after about an hour and we headed off to see more dolphins before going back to the harbor.
